However, users whose activity has been permanently suspended or whose membership has been revoked may not be able to register or attempt to re-register on the website or use the website in any way until they are permitted to resume their activity on Wafeeq. Nonetheless, if you violate these Terms and Conditions, the website reserves the right to recover any amounts owed to Wafeeq, as well as any losses and damages caused to our website, and to take legal action as Wafeeq deems appropriate.
- Your or others' violation of this agreement does not obligate Wafeeq to waive its right to take appropriate action for such an act or similar violations. Wafeeq does not guarantee that it will act against all violations of the Terms and Conditions.

Wafeeq strongly advises users to seek advice from professionals before using or relying on third-party services to ensure they meet their needs.
- Under no circumstances shall Wafeeq be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or any other damages whatsoever, resulting from any third-party services or your contractual relationship with any third-party provider. These limitations apply even if Wafeeq has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The aforementioned limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and regulations.
